Here are a few projects I have finished. The first is a quilted table runner made with snowmen with a flannel backing. So cozy!
Back side.
The next project was a set of coasters. I saw these on another blog....I am sorry I don't remember which one as I read so many. So if the original author is reading this please take it as a compliment. I love making these...so simple and practical!
I made a set of four with three different types of material. She used five different fabrics.
Do you notice how the coaster wraps around the base of the wineglass? I think this is so cool!
Here is the next table runner. This one is for me. I love this material!
Debbie those all turned out so nice! The coasters are a great idea, I'll have to go back and see if there is a link or, could you post the directions. Is that my tablecloth I see LOL! The table runners will be fun additions to any table. Smart to start now on gifts, I got as far as dusting the machine off!
ReplyDeleteG'day Debbie ~ WOW! You really ARE getting a head wind on Christmas ... well then, you only have 341 days left. Chuckle!
ReplyDeleteI love that flower runner & those coasters are clever.
TYSM for the warm wishes. I'll slowly get back into the swing of things.
Hugs, Marydon

Those are all just beautiful! I wish I sewed! Well, maybe it's time to start now that I have my mom's old Singer....

ReplyDeleteI tried to reply to the comment you left on my blog, but you are set for "no reply blogger" so I can't...thanks for the Peppermint Twist love ;o)
Very, VERY cool! Busy lady these days!
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie,
ReplyDeleteYour coasters are just great...I love the fabric. The table runners are beautiful too. You are my Christmas gift hero!! I always say I'm going to start in January, but I never do. I think if we blog about it, it puts the pressure on to show what we've finished. Thanks for the link to that coaster tutorial too...I really appreciate it.
Have a great weekend,
~Karen~
